Taxes and fees

- Card, UPI or netbanking in India: 18% GST plus the payment gateway's fee (3.5%) are added, and the full total is shown before you pay.
- Payments from outside India: no GST, a 4.5% gateway fee.
- Paying a report or consultation from your wallet balance costs the listed price.
The Accuracy Promise
Every paid report makes claims about your past that you can check. If they don't fit your life, or a window it names passes with nothing, what you paid comes back as SuperPandit credits. The free reading carries its own promise: ₹100 in credits if most of what you checked is wrong. Full terms.
Astrology shows tendencies and timing, not certainties, so we never promise an outcome. The promise is how we stand behind what we write.
Refunds
- A report we can't deliver is refunded in full.
- Unused wallet balance can be refunded to your original payment method on request.
- A fixed-price reading cancelled or declined before it starts is refunded in full.
- Refunds are processed in 5–7 business days; the gateway's fee may not come back. Refund policy.
How readings are made
Your chart is computed from the real positions of the planets at your birth time and place, then read with classical Jyotish rules. Every prediction links back to the part of your chart it comes from, and you can check the math yourself.
For astrology fans: sidereal zodiac, Lahiri ayanamsa by default (KP available), Vimshottari dasha, divisional charts, Shadbala, Ashtakavarga and KP sub-lords. Written reports are drafted by AI from these calculations.
