How soon will you reply?
We read every message and usually reply within 2 business days (IST). Anything blocking a payment or a reading is often answered the same day.
Do I need an account to contact you?
No. The form works signed in or not. Leave an email if you want a reply, and pick what your message is about so it reaches the right person.
I found a bug — what should I include?
Choose “Something is broken” and tell us the page, your device and browser, and what you did just before. A screenshot gets it fixed much faster.
How do I get my data deleted?
Pick “Privacy & my data” and tell us the email tied to your account. We handle it per our Privacy Policy. Your birth details stay on your device and never reach analytics.
Is my birth data shared when I contact you?
No. Your chart is built on your device. The form only sends the name, email and message you type — nothing about your chart.

Choose “Become an astrologer”, or apply from the Talk to Astrologer page. We verify practising Jyotish astrologers, so tell us about your background and experience.
